Finding stillness with focusing and visualization techniques that relax and revitalize. Offering personalized Yoga Nidra Meditations, sixty minutes of Yoga Nidra equates to four hours of rest; as well as seated Meditations.

After decades of practicing yoga, I finally invested in myself and my practice by booking private sessions with Eduvigis. It was one of the best decisions I made in 2020! Eduvigis was so insightful and encouraging, and helped me make very subtle, yet profound adjustments to my practice that immediately benefitted me. After a day of buzzing like a bee, it is calming, peaceful, focused and refreshing to find both a structured and relaxed person to lead the yoga practice.
